individuals aid medical professionals in efficiently and accurately diagnosing
and treating patients. The medical discipline of Phlebotomy involves drawing
suitable and sufficient blood samples for analysis at the request of a
Physician; this involves direct interaction with patients so that they can be
treated both physically and psychologically.

technicians are knowledgeable and adequately trained in the field.
· Blood samples are collected for various
diagnostic purposes thus; technicians must ensure that accurate test results
