ENSAFE: INSTITUTE FOR HEALTH, SAFETY & COUNSELLING TRAINING LTD intend to adhere to the rules and regulations relating to the Government of Trinidad and Tobago in all our undertakings in regards to registration of our business with both the government and ACTT and compliance with the various ministries locally
     ENSAFE: INSTITUTE FOR HEALTH, SAFETY & COUNSELLING TRAINING LTD opposes all forms of unlawful and unfair discrimination or victimisation.             ENSAFE: INSTITUTE FOR HEALTH, SAFETY & COUNSELLING TRAINING LTD is committed to delivering the highest quality of training to the students who join our institution. We provide varied means of tutoring such as lecturing, PowerPoint presentations, role play, video clips and the use of concrete materials to ensure that the courses are delivered with the highest quality of training. This will ensure that our students are able to efficiently absorb the content material of our courses.
      We also intend to follow the rules and regulations relating to any of the transnational course providers with whom we jointly provide training. It is also our intention to closely liaise with these transnational course providers and to provide regular reports and updates on the relevant courses that are offered by our institution.
      We will also in the development of our own programmes conduct appropriate research to ensure that the courses are academically rigorous and take local content into consideration. We also intend to utilize advice from all stakeholders to ensure that we are able to meet defined market needs.
      In addition to these factors, our institution is committed to continuous professional development for all staff members to meet with the changing society in which we live. To this end, we intend to have quarterly training sessions with our staff members to ensure that we can provide a high quality of service to the general public.
     ENSAFE: INSTITUTE FOR HEALTH, SAFETY & COUNSELLING TRAINING LTD also aims to provide students with facilities conducive to learning such as spacious air-conditioned classrooms and comfortable seating. We also welcome suggestions from all our stakeholders and we utilize suggestion boxes as well as feedback forms. This ensures that these stakeholders have an input in the development of our management system and will forestall disillusionment by all concerned.

     In addition to this, ENSAFE: INSTITUTE FOR HEALTH, SAFETY & COUNSELLING TRAINING LTD will ensure that stakeholders can access the institution’s Quality Assurance Officer, through office hours, phone calls or email. It is also possible to arrange consultation at times other than office hours.
